Delta’s collaborative D-Bot covers payloads from 6 to 30 kgs, combining award-winning design with advanced functionality. Equipped with innovative “Reflex” safety protection and IPP66 certification, the cobots automatically retract upon collision, significantly reducing potential damage and increasing operational safety. With Delta D-Bot, you can easily automate complex tasks like picking, placing, and assembling.
For maximum flexibility, the cobot can operate as a “Dynamic Duo” – a robot arm mounted on the autonomous Delta D-Bot MAR. The mobile platform independently locates, docks, and transports the cobot between workstations, eliminating manual transfers and keeping assembly, testing, and handling processes running smoothly. Built-in high-capacity batteries enable up to 7 hours of continuous operation – supporting full-shift performance. With native VDA5050 integration, natural feature navigation, and 360 obstacle detection, the Delta D-Bot MAR ensures precise, safe navigation – even in tight layouts.
