Navitec Systems Oy (“Navitec”), a Finnish pioneer in AGV and AMR navigation and fleet management software, has been acquired by the Norwegian Hawk Infinity Group. With the acquisition, Navitec will gain a long-term owner and more expertise to accelerate international growth. Daily cooperation with customers will continue as before.
Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Espoo, Finland, Navitec provides advanced navigation and fleet management software to enhance in-house logistics and material flows across diverse environments – from warehouses to production facilities and outdoor operations.
Hawk Infinity is a Norwegian investment and holding company based in Oslo, focused on long-term ownership and operational support for its portfolio.
With this acquisition, Navitec will leverage Hawk’s expertise in scaling the company internationally, expanding its product development capabilities, and strengthening its global partner network. Existing teams, products, and services will remain unchanged.
